Job Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers who visit our outlet.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Facilitate item collection in our customer self-collection area by verifying documents and releasing goods.
- Liaise with our warehouse & fulfilment team to ensure smooth item collection processes.
- Assist in arranging delivery services for customers.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality or hotel experience.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
- Company inpatient and outpatient medical coverage (after confirmation)
