Membership Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Membership Executive to join our team at Tropicana Golf & Country Resort. This full-time position is located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing membership administration for our exclusive golf and country club.

What you'll be doing

• Handling all aspects of membership applications and renewals in accordance with Company's policy and club rules & regulations.
• Providing exceptional customer service to our members, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining accurate membership records.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience
• Generating membership reports and analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a client-facing or sales administrative role, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with members at all levels
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and database management
• Knowledge of the golf and country club industry or similar membership-based organisations is desirable
• A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
