- To ensure Easy Payment Product Sales & operations are functioning well.
- Maintain a good level merchant servicing.
- To monitor merchant sales performance, identify and develop new account.
- Merchant servicing, handle & follow up merchant’s complaints & feedback.
- Active engagement with the merchant.
- Conduct training to new merchant.
- To create and build up good relationship between organization and merchant to create loyalty business partner.
- Monitoring sales claim and ensure no sales claim expired.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline
- STPM/SPM with minimum 3 years related experience and with leading team experiences for Senior Executive position.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply the Executive position.
