Micro Materials Executive

Job Responsibility

• Ingredient Handling:
  
  

Accurately weigh and measure micro ingredients, including various vitamin powders, according to specified formulas and recipes.

Ensure the correct handling and storage of all materials to maintain quality and prevent contamination.

• Mixing Operations:
  
  

Operate and maintain mixing equipment to blend micro ingredients as per the production schedule.

Monitor and control mixing times, speeds, and other parameters to achieve desired consistency and quality.

• Quality Control:
  
  

Perform regular checks to verify the accuracy of ingredient measurements and mixtures.

Document and report any deviations or inconsistencies in the mixing process.

• Safety and Compliance:
  
  

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Comply with all company policies, GMP, and regulatory requirements related to the handling and mixing of materials.

• Equipment Maintenance:
  
  

Clean and maintain mixing equipment and work area to ensure operational efficiency and prevent cross-contamination.

Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.

• Documentation and Reporting:
  
  

Maintain accurate records of ingredient usage, mixing processes, and production batches.

Prepare and submit daily production reports to the Production Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to speak in mandarin.
• Diploma / Degree / in food chemistry or food technology / relevant technical training or certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a food manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of precision in handling and measuring materials.
• Ability to operate and maintain mixing equipment safely and effectively.
• Good understanding of GMP and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
