We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Microsoft Developer to join our IT development team. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with web designers, program managers, and developers to implement business and technical requirements. Your expertise in C#, along with other programming languages, will be instrumental in producing, maintaining, and modifying websites and user interfaces. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in creating tools that enhance the user experience and ensuring the accessibility of websites across various device platforms, cultures, and languages.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web designers, program managers, and developers, to translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and modify websites and user interfaces using C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code that adheres to industry best practices.
• Create innovative tools and features that enhance the user experience and drive customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the accessibility and responsiveness of websites across multiple device platforms, cultures, and languages.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve software defects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development technologies and frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required.
• Collaborate with the IT operations team to deploy and maintain web applications.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in developing C# applications using the Microsoft .NET frameworks, including .NET Core or .NET 5+.
• Must be proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing web user interfaces with frameworks such as ASP.NET, MVC, Blazor, or React.
• In-depth knowledge of relational database technologies, such as SQL Server, Oracle, Azure SQL, or MySQL.
• Demonstrated experience with security-focused development practices and adherence to security standards.
• Proven track record of delivering full-stack web applications for commercial purposes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with ETL technologies, such as Azure Logic Apps, Informatica, or Azure Data Factories.
• Integration experience with Commercial off the Shelf software, such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce, is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in development tools like Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code.
• Experience working with cloud platform services, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, containers, and Docker.
