2) Permulaan gaji lebih tinggi sekiranya mempunyai kemahiran motherboard.
3) Mempunyai kemahiran software (Sekiranya ada adalah BONUS)
4) Melakukan proses diagnosis pada telefon pintar
5) Menyiapkan proses baik pulih phone dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan
6) Tawaran dan peningkatan gaji berdasarkan skill / lemahiran yang ada.
