We are seeking a skilled Modern Work Engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions and fluency in Mandarin. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize M365 environments to enhance productivity and collaboration across our organization while providing technical support in both English and Mandarin.

What You'll Do
Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions and integrations
Monitor and optimize M365 performance and security
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support
Provide technical assistance in Mandarin and English
Create documentation and training materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M365 projects
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies
Fluency in Mandarin and English
Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online
Experience with PowerShell and automation tools
M365 certifications preferred
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
