The Role
Our client is seeking a Mortgage Relationship Manager in the banking division.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global team, providing top-tier service to existing and prospective clients while expanding the business on a product and global level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and contributing to the company's mission of becoming a Top Clearer worldwide in commodity markets.
Role objective:
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly mortgage sales targets, onboard affluent clients, and cross sell home insurance loan which is MRTA (Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance) and MRTT (Mortgage Reducing Term Takaful).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through alliance tie-ups such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers & lawyers.
- Conduct financial needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and developers.
- Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory changes in the mortgage industry.
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures related to mortgage sales and lending.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of mortgage sales experience or real estate agent / property agent.
- We are also open to candidates with any sales experience – with a proven track record.
- Communication & Negotiation skills - Strong selling, negotiation skills, client relationship skills.
- Willing to sell other unsecured banking products.
