The Role
We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer with proven B2B experience and a sharp eye for brand storytelling across static and dynamic content. In this role, you’ll lead the creation of high-impact creative assets that bring our campaigns, platforms, and brand to life, across both consumer and business-facing touch points.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and evolve brand assets, including iconography, infographics, imagery (AI-assisted where relevant).
- Design motion and video needs (short-form edits, animations) across multiple channels: Paid Media, Social, CRM, Website, and Campaigns.
- Lead the design of B2B collateral: decks, case studies, one-pagers, whitepapers, landing pages.
- Collaborate closely with the Growth and Product teams to ensure visual consistency across channels.
- Contribute to brand and campaign development across both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Tackle a range of ad hoc design needs with a solutions-first mindset.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in multimedia design
- A portfolio showcasing brand/campaign design and B2B collateral
- Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools and creative experimentation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects or Premiere is a plus), plus Figma and Canva.
- Familiarity with video editing or motion design principles (bonus, not core).
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, brand systems, and user-centered design.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across marketing, comms, and product teams.
