MY RM Senior Supply Planning Specialist

You will ensure the planning, ordering, and replenishment of raw materials to support production schedules and customer demand. You will work with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to maintain good inventory levels and avoid material shortages or excess. You will play an important part in balancing inventory optimization, and alignment with demand, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics functions. You will be reporting to China Supply Planning Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop raw material plans based on production forecasts and inventory targets
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure delivery of materials
• Monitor material availability and address potential shortages or delays·
• Optimize inventory levels to minimize working capital while ensuring production continuity·
• Maintain accurate data in planning systems (e.g., SAP or ERP)
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to lead RM supply and inventory control well.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in material planning or supply chain function
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
