What will you do?
Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will be the Content & Advocacy Manager where your main mission is to build long-term relationships and a wide community of creators and influencers, by fostering strong connections. Amplify the brand’s message to a wider audience and drive organic engagement (non-paid). Maximize ROI, expand the reach, and nurture an online community. Deep understanding of the brand to optimize content that resonates with the target audience.

You Are Expected To Manage The Following
- BUILDS & MANAGE CREATOR COMMUNITIES
- Strategically identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with a diverse range of creators (top-tier to micro influencers), tailoring strategies to each group.
- DRIVE ENGAGING CONTENT & CAMPAIGNS
- Use social listening to spot trends and insights, craft data-driven campaigns, and empower creators to develop compelling content that aligns with brand message.
- CREATE & AMPLIFY BRAND EXPERIENCES
- Design and execute impactful online and offline experiences (events, trips, etc.) that resonate with target audiences and encourage creators to share their experiences for wider reach.
- TRACK, ANALYSE, & OPTIMIZE
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and demonstrate the program's value to stakeholders.
- CONTENT AMPLIFICATION
- Conceptualize and oversee the creation of engaging content.
- Identify high-performing organic content and strategically amplify it through paid promotion, expanding reach and maximizing engagement.
- PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
- Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation.
- Paid creator relationship.
- Continuously track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to inform campaign adjustments and drive superior results.
- Marketing Director

- A&I Director
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, Mass Communication, PR or any related field.
- At least 5 years proven experience, ideally in either in a multinational / FMCG / e-commerce / Retail / merchandising or health & beauty company.
- Experiences and exposure in trade marketing and/or brand marketing.
- Creative with strong Problem Solving & Analytical skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Competent in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good presentation and communication ability.
- Able to liaise with all levels of people internally and externally.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
