The resort consists of 494 guest rooms, a 64-acre nature reserve, the Rasa Ria Reserve, home to wildlife including long-tailed macaques and slow lorises, and home to an 18-hole championship golf course with picture-perfect views of Mt Kinabalu (a UNESCO World Heritage site).
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Nature Reserve Manager or aspiring to be required for our Rasa Ria Reserve.

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Nature Reserve Manager or aspiring to be required for our Rasa Ria Reserve.
Job Summary
- Creating positive and memorable experience where guests enjoy a safe, educational and engaging time at the reserve
- Operational oversight to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the nature reserve while balancing guest satisfaction and staff well-being
- Effective team leadership to inspire, guide, and manage a passionate team of naturalists by promoting shared vision of conservation, and fostering a motivated, collaborative workforce.
- Overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of the reserve to ensure that operations run smoothly, and resources are effectively allocated
- Degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Conservation or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in conservation management, wildlife field or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of environmental science, ecology, and conservation principles.
- Leadership and people management abilities.
- Fluent in oral and written English; local dialects and/or Mandarin an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for nature and sustainability & leads by example
