- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese or Korean (both written and spoken). Proficiency in English is also required.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Managing customer service or service desk functions. Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers. Delivering customer service through multiple channels. Resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently. Installing and configuring software
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
