Summary- Assist in maintaining enterprise network. Participate in cloud resource deployment, monitoring, and basic operations to ensure stability of business-critical cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide network support and troubleshooting services covering technologies including but not limited to-Routing/Switching/Wireless/Security: Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5.
- Analyze and diagnose network/performance issues, propose technical solutions; investigate root causes and develop improvement plans.
- Coordinate with service providers (hardware vendors, global carriers) for joint troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular health checks for network devices and documentation.
- Implement network change requests following standardized procedures to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain network operation procedures and Standard Operating Documents (SOP).
- Provide 24/7 global network support through shift rotations.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Networking or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years in network operations.
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, OSPF, BGP, firewalls, IPSec VPN, QoS, WLAN, DHCP, DNS, load balancing, CDN.
- Hands-on experience with network devices: Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5
- Strong analytical and communication abilities (Mandarin English).
- Proactive attitude and passion for network operations.
- CCNA or equivalent (mandatory)
- CCNP or equivalent (preferred)
