Responsibilities

This Next Generation Talent Program aims to develop fresh talents to assume key position upon successful completion of the program. Throughout this program, talents will be exposed to various roles and functions to develop business knowledge and leadership skills.

With this 12-months program, you'll immerse yourself in diverse departmental experiences, learning from industry experts, receiving unwavering support from mentor, coach and buddy. Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree with less than 2 years of working experience.
  • CGPA of at least 3.0 or above
  • Strong passion and career orientation in supply chain/logistics industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Has ownership to go beyond expectation
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented with attention to detail and quality
  • Teamwork spirit, having and creating trust
  • Has great planning and organization skills, focusing on clear priorities
  • Learning agility and a "can-do" attitude
  • Positive mindset towards uncertainty, challenges, and change
  • Good communication English
  • Willing to travel in within Northern region (Bayan Lepas, Batu Kawan, Kulim)
