Responsibilities:
• Monitoring multi-site Network Performance.
• Monitoring multi-site operational status
• Conducting regular maintenance
• Troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime
• Responding to alerts and incidents, documenting issues.
• Escalating complex problems to higher level support when necessary
• Keeping details records of network configurations, incidents and resolutions to enhance future troubleshooting efforts
• Working with other teams to resolve reported incidents

Skills required
• Experience in network management
• Proficiency with network hardware (e.g. router, switches, firewalls)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills

• Willing to work 24/7 shift
