About The Role

Join the dynamic team at SAYEN GLOBAL SDN BHD' as a Nutritionist. In this full-time position based in Penang Island, Penang, you will play a key role in providing expert nutrition advice and support to our diverse client base. As a skilled healthcare professional, you will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their wellness goals and improve their overall health and well-being.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop, plan and execute nutritional programs and activities such as seminars, health and product talks.
• Study and research on markets and update constantly on the market trends.
• Provide nutritional consultation, handle health and product-related inquiries including answering customers' inquiries/complaints and attending walk-in customers.
• Contribute content and ideas and assist in preparing marketing materials (i.e., articles, fact sheets, product introduction and leaflets etc) on a timely basis to support distributors.
• Staying up to date with the latest research and trends in the field of nutrition and dietetics.
• Prepare health and product articles and leaflets for marketing materials and company newsletters/website.
• Support in the translation and proofreading of marketing communication materials, Sayen product information, website pages, testimonials and announcements.
• Assist in other ad-hoc activities and any other duties and responsibilities as the Company may from time to time direct.
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in nutrition, Food Technology, Dietetics or a related healthcare field
• A member of NSM preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Nutritionist or Dietitian in a healthcare or wellness setting and familiar with nutritional laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex nutritional information into easy-to-understand advice
• Strong proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to develop effective, evidence-based nutrition plans with current advancements in the nutritional field.
• Pleasant personality, positive-minded, willing to learn, and mature individual who takes the initiative and works as a teammate.
• Willing to travel and able to work after working hours and weekends.
