你將會做什麼
- 制定、規劃和執行所有營養計劃和活動，以實現公司的目標。
- 研究市場並不斷更新市場趨勢。
- 為分銷支援團隊舉辦和準備網路研討會、研討會和產品演示，並提高他們對普通話、英語和馬來語營養產品的了解。開發有效的銷售工具，幫助分銷商傳播產品和營養資訊以及使用公司產品的建議。
- 提供營養諮詢，處理健康和產品相關的詢問，包括回答顧客的詢問/投訴和接待上門顧客。
- 及時貢獻行銷傳播資料（即文章、情況說明書、產品簡介、影片、競爭對手比較等）的內容和想法，以支援經銷商的銷售過程。
- 遵守所有營養法規。
- 隨時了解營養和飲食學領域的最新研究和趨勢。
- 與經銷商聯絡並持續跟進以實現銷售目標。
- 為行銷資料和公司通訊/網站準備健康和產品文章和傳單。
- 積極參與公司的行銷活動和專案。透過與所有利害關係人進行協調，協調產品培訓活動的各個方面（即活動傳單、活動銷售和回饋表）。
- 支援行銷傳播、材料、Sayen 產品資訊、網站頁面、推薦和與行銷相關的公告的翻譯和校對。
- 協助公司不時指示的其他臨時活動和任何其他職責和責任。
- 營養學、食品科技、營養學或相關醫療保健領域的學士學位
- 優先考慮 NSM 成員。
- 至少有 3 年在醫療保健或健康環境中擔任營養師或營養師的工作經驗
- 優秀的溝通和人際交往能力，能夠將複雜的營養資訊轉化為易於理解的建議
- 精通華語、英語和馬來語。
- 強大的解決問題和批判性思維能力，以製定有效的、基於證據的營養計劃
- 致力於了解營養領域的最新進展
- 個性開朗，積極向上，樂於學習，成熟，主動推動銷售。團隊合作技能。
- 願意出差。
- 能夠在工作時間之外和週末工作。
