DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Reports directly to the General Manager.

2. Interacts closely with the General Manager and other Administrative staff.

3. To provide administration support to the General Manager. This will enable the management staff to focus on daily requirements.

4. To communicate with operational staff about on-going & future projects discussed during meeting.

5. To monitor and complete all contracts/tenders chose by the company to ensure all contracts/tenders submission are in order.

6. To administer and filing for the General Manager on daily basis including preparation of reports and documents.

7. To prepare meeting minutes for weekly briefings.

8. Daily print out Supplier Invoices and alerting General Manager in case the invoices have dispute.

9. To handle general telephone, fax, walk-in inquiries coming for General Manager.

10. To coordinate with operational staff in case there are Site Inspection/Briefing of Tenders that required for attendance.

11. To set up filing & recording system for Administration department for easy reference.

12. Daily monitoring of all ongoing and incoming emails, to ensure reply completely as per requirements alerting General Manager of any special important documents.

13. To prepare relevant documents and submit government tender.
