Your day-to-day:

• Perform the daily internal audit operational duties such as monitoring the correct standard operating procedures and ensuring the compliance based on the Company’s policy including performing physical audit visit to multiple locations on a frequent basis, assisting in compiling audit findings and reports and etc.
• To ensure a well-planned internal audit system and coordinate with different stakeholders on all matters relating to internal audit
• To prepare and ensure the accurate, timely completion of the periodic reports
• To be part of the team in term of planning the workflow for continuous improvement
• To undertake any other assignments assigned by Superior from time to time

You are ideal candidate because:

• Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Commerce or its equivalent
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience however fresh graduate are encouraged to apply for junior vacancy
• Proactive, meticulous, attention to detail, and strong analytical in numbers
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (This is because most of the stakeholders that we may need to deal with are using 3 main language in Malaysia)
• Mature, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision, flexible, and a positive attitude
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft programs
• Able to manage multiple tasks with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline and a flexibility to work on weekend/public holiday when required
• Possess the flexibility to outstation when required

• Higher commitment in career, willing to invest your time & effort to learn & grow together with the company.
• Good interpersonal communication skills with a good command of English & Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
