Job Responsibility

  • Customer Onboarding â Guide customers through the entire onboarding process, including sign-up, registration, account verification, and setup.
  • User Engagement â Ensure a seamless and enjoyable onboarding experience while demonstrating how IT can add value to their business.
  • Performance Metrics â Take ownership of conversion, engagement, and customer NPS for startup customers.
  • Regulatory Compliance â Ensure all client records meet Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Client (KYC) regulations within required timeframes.
  • Data Accuracy â Oversee the completeness and accuracy of collected and verified KYC data.
  • Risk Management â Conduct enhanced due diligence for high-risk clients.

Job Requirements

  • Education â Diploma or higher.
  • Language Skills â Proficient in Mandarin & English (spoken & written).
  • Experience â Minimum 2 years in onboarding, customer success, or a similar role.
  • Problem-Solving â Ability to handle queries and objections professionally.
  • People Skills â Passionate about communication & customer interaction.
  • Growth Mindset â Positive attitude with a willingness to learn & improve.
  • Emotional Intelligence â Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage customer frustrations.
  • Analytical Thinking â Strong reasoning & decision-making skills.
  • Critical Thinking â Proactive, adaptable, and able to communicate effectively in challenging situations.
  • Work Schedule â Willing to work on rotational shifts (24/7).
