主要職責：
- 透過電子郵件、即時聊天和社群媒體平台及時回覆詢問。
- 提供有關我們的服務、治療和預約程序的詳細資訊。
- 協助患者安排預約、重新安排或取消預約。
- 在必要時排除故障並解決患者的疑慮或將問題上報至適當的部門。
- 在我們的 CRM 系統中維護患者互動的準確記錄。
- 在適用的情況下，對患者進行治療後護理和準備指南的教育。
- 收集回饋並確定需要改進服務的領域，以增強患者體驗。
