Responsibilities: To actively respond to inquiries from Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and WhatsApp; to negotiate and close B2B/B2C orders confidently; to propose and execute online promotions (e.g bundle deals, flash sales, giveaways) to boost sales; to keep in touch with outlet/operation team to arrange smooth delivery & stock coordination; to follow up with leads and close the deal timely; and to provide simple report (daily/weekly sales closed, customer feedback, etc).

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in customer service, online sales, retails sales or related field. Salary RM2.2K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Proficient in Bahasa Sarawak / Chinese dialects is a plus.
  • Familiar with CCK Products or similar industries (F&B, FMCG, Poultry, Seafood).
  • Basic computer & mobile skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Messenger, WhatsApp, etc).
  • Proactive, aggressive in closing deals, strong communication & follow-up skills.
  • Able to work independently and good in multitasking.
