Job Responsibility
- To reply to the customer's inquiry via online channel (Messenger, Whatsapp, Email, Call).
- To provide consultancy and assist customers to pick the right product.
- To be responsible for archiving monthly sales targets.
- To follow-up inquiries via calls and messages
- To complete and coordinate all inquiries.
- Generating sales in certain company events.
- Other duties assigned by superior.
- Min. 2 year relevant working experience.
- Positive working attitude and passionate towards online sales & marketing industry.
- Able to converse and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to respond to all sales channel enquiries during the weekend.
- Candidates with telesales, online sales & marketing experience is preferred.
- Candidate can start immediately will be preferred.
