Position: Online Trainer/Guru Microsoft Office Trainer
Location: Teluk Pulai , Klang, Selangor
Reports To: ****@***.***
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Microsoft Office Trainer to teach Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This position will be responsible for providing training to learners in mastering Microsoft Office applications for both personal and professional use.
Responsibilities:
Teaching Microsoft Word:
Instructing on basic and advanced features of Microsoft Word, such as text formatting, layout adjustments, table creation, and editing tools.
Helping learners master document creation, reports, letters, and presentations.
Teaching Microsoft Excel:
Teaching the basics of Excel such as formulas, functions, data manipulation, and chart creation.
Providing hands-on exercises for data analysis, report generation, and using advanced features like PivotTables and macros.
Teaching Microsoft PowerPoint:
Instructing on how to create engaging presentations using templates, animations, and effective design.
Guiding learners to design communicative slides, organize information visually, and use presentation tools for business or academic purposes.
Lesson Planning:
Developing a syllabus and teaching materials tailored to learners’ needs.
Providing exercises and assessments to gauge understanding and progress.
Practical Training:
Delivering interactive training sessions with direct tasks and real-life case studies.
Offering one-on-one or group guidance to ensure deep understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
Evaluation and Feedback:
Assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback to improve their skills with Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications:
Proven experience teaching Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at beginner to advanced levels.
A Microsoft Office certification or related credentials is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified Educator).
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners of varying skill levels.
Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to work with diverse groups of learners.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Knowledge of advanced Excel features such as complex formulas, macros, and VBA.
Experience in both in-person and online teaching environments.
Ability to create engaging and easily understandable training materials.
