Operation Assistant
CHOON HUA TRADING CORPORATION SDN. BHD.
1. To manage daily operations of the Company such as issuance of Invoices for delivery and Credit Notes for trade returns;
2. To liaise and coordinate closely with Third Party Logistics so as to ensure that the goods are timely delivered to customers;
3. To liaise and coordinate closely with Third Party Logistics so as to ensure that trade returns from customers are properly accounted for and in turn, returned to Principals on a monthly basis;
4. To coordinate closely between sales team and customer and to follow up on customer orders, delivery etc.;
5. To liaise and coordinate closely with Principals on preparation of indent and procurement;
6. To coordinate closely with all departments and branch offices to ensure smooth operational matters;
7. To compile sales and inventory reports on a timely basis and as and when required;
8. To be actively involved in providing support to sales team;
9. To ensure that all inventory and pricing directives are implemented by Third Party Logistics;
10. To respond to business trends and to provide relevant information to the Management; and
To perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
