Operation Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Purchase Order issuance to suppliers;
• Government/local councils and certificate application/renewal;
• Loan / Demo arrangement to customer/ supplier place;
• Logistic arrangement and follow up on shipment receiving/delivery;
• Inventory management and liaison with warehouse;
• Delivery order issuance;
• Deliveries arrangement with technical team, partners, customers, and suppliers;
• Follow up on the supplier's invoice and issue the Goods Received Note (GRN);
• Flight ticket booking;
• Contract creation in HEAT and notify of any expiry contract;
• Assist in project tenders compilation;
• Vendor/Principles registration and renewal;
• Periodic and ad-hoc reporting;
• Documentation and filling;
• Office administrative matters.

Requirements

• Degree level in related fields;
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written, good communication skill (need to deal with China suppliers);
• Team player and good attitude;
• Possess transport with valid driving license;
• Computer literate.
