Job Responsibility

  • Manage team communication, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Oversee operational tasks kitchen and front house to ensure efficiency
  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Social Media, and Phone Calls.
  • Handle delivery orders and packaging logistics.
  • Address complaints and crises with appropriate and timely solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Proficient in team management, operational management, and SOP execution.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office for efficient workflow and reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Strong team communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Fast adaptation skills and ability to think out of the box.
  • Friendly and people-oriented personality.
  • Proficient in multitasking.
  • Willingness to learn and grow individually and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work Monday-Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm. (5 working days)
