Job Responsibility
Job Requirements
- Assist Operations manager to manage operations team.
- Prepare and issue invoice.
- Liaise with customer on order placement.
- Check, receive and prepare goods.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Operations manager.
Job Requirements
- SPM/ STPM or Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Able to start in short notice is an advantage.
- Able to work on shift basis and do overtime(when needed).
- Self-motivated, meticulous and able to work independently.
- Working location: Taman Tan Sri Yaacob, Skudai, Johor Bahru.
- Candidate must be able to work in NON-HALALÂ INDUSTRY.
