Responsibilities (Obligation To Ensure That The Action Is Taken)

  • Responsible for the well-being of office including operations/ businesses/staff and all related matters.
  • To assist all other managers on all subjects/matters/businesses.
  • To maintain current businesses and customers.
  • To obtain and develop new business and customers.
  • To attend to and solve all customers complaints and problems.
  • Closely liaise with other managers/staff/offices to ensure smooth operations.
  • To ensure adequate manpower, equipment, and supplies.
  • To assign suitable / competence staff to jobs.
  • To maintain regular communication and report with customers (update/visit/contact/entertain/take care)
  • To maintain office, equipment, documents, records, and other assets.
  • To perform survey/inspection as and when required.
  • To solve all operational problems.
  • To discuss with CTD Director or other relevant managers before making decisions involving major problems.
  • To check and approve operation level cash usage, purchases, staff claims, staff leaves and other customary/routine documents and forms.
  • To ensure all requirements of our business management system and safety, health and environmental system are met and operate these systems an ongoing basis.
  • To report any irregularities/problems immediately.
  • To always wear protective equipment/gears/clothing during shipment.
  • To always uphold the good image of the company.
  • Perform any other related duties that the Company may assign from time to time.

Requirements

  • Minimum recognize any school leaver examination.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial role
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of 3rd party Testing and Inspection Company
  • Strong communication skills
