Operation Manager

Job Description:
1. Manage operations team, allocate and adjust customer service workload, ensure order accuracy and timeliness;
2. Recruit and train team members, enhance team performance and service capabilities;
3. Streamline, supervise, and execute operational processes to ensure efficiency and rationality;
4. Master the entire order operation process and execute it in practice;
5. Track cargo transportation status and provide timely feedback;
6. Enter costs into the system and reconcile expenses with suppliers;
7. Handle customer complaints, coordinate internal and external company relations, and improve customer satisfaction;
8. Proficient in operational matters, risk control, and loss avoidance;
9. Compile, analyze, and report business data.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, with a preference for logistics/international trade majors.
2. Over 5 years of experience in international freight forwarding operations, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
3. Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language.
4. Excellent management, planning, and customer service skills, proactive, and capable of handling emergencies.
5. Proficient in Office software, with a preference for candidates with relevant industry experience.
