OPERATION PLANNER ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor & record shipments into the computer system.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and logistic information.
3. Attend all emails related to customers.
4. Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
5. Follow up status of shipment and update the relevant parties.
6. Proactive attitude toward learning and taking on new responsibilities.
7. To backup team members whenever needed.
8. Attend customer needed
9. Monitoring delivery KPI, all orders, driver arrival, and documentation
10. Monitoring loading and unloading warehouse movement.

Job Requirement

• Minimum SPM.
• Computer literate: MS Office.
• Able to converse in Malay and English.
• Good communication skills.
• Possess own transportation.
• Immediate Starters preferred
• Excellent physical health.
• Ability to accurately follow instructions.
