Position Summary
Degree in any engineering field.
- Leadership to drive manufacturing quality and a candidate who looking for career growth opportunities
- Result orientated team player and able to collaborate well to drive quality improvement towards ATKL Total Quality goals
- Lead or participate manufacturing continuous improvement plan activities to achieve ZERO defect status. Key agent to drive quality habit and quality culture
- Perform audits to drive zero non-conformance and strong manufacturing quality practices
- Support Customer audit and GMA to ensure line readiness prior to the audit
- Review department FMEA and Control Plan
- CQC actions effectiveness, etc.
- Lead weekly department Quality Improvement Team (QIT) meeting.
- Responsible for Department Quality indices. Govern department quality issues and drive improvement opportunities
- Drive and manage Non-Conforming material using Material Review Board process
- Promote continual quality improvement thru Stop & Fix. Drive systemic root cause fix and preventive actions
Degree in any engineering field.
- Demonstrated strong observation, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Good communication skill and reporting skill both in verbal and written
