Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess SPM or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in laboratory maintenance, or a related field
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, and basic mechanical repairs are preferred
- Physically fit and able to carry out routine maintenance tasks
- Possess a valid driving license
- Willing to work after office hours occasionally or abased on job requirements
- Perform basic maintenance and servicing of laboratory equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance for generators, electrical wiring, and plumbing systems
- Supervise and monitor subcontractors’ activities on-site to ensure quality and safety compliance
- Record and monitor monthly utility meter readings (electricity, water, etc.)
- Handle despatch and delivery of goods, parcels, and documents between offices
- Assist in collecting spears from cargo and manage the despatch of ramets to cargo services
- Transport staff and ensure all assigned company vehicles are regularly maintained, clean, and roadworthy
- Perform other operational support tasks as assigned by the supervisor
