About The Role

• Work Location : 1Powerhouse, PJ, Selangor (5 mins walking distance from MRT Bandar Utama)
• Reporting To : Regional Operational Excellence Lead
  
  

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Global and Regional Leadership Teams to support the implementation of centrally defined and prioritized end-to-end processes. You’ll also play a key part in aligning priorities and creating synergies across strategic and operational initiatives. Additionally, you’ll guide and support Green Belts (sub-SLs) and Yellow Belts (specialists) throughout the implementation journey.

Key Responsibilities

Value Creation & Tracking

• Supports OE & process transformation agendas in Service Lines
• Helps prioritize and enable synergies in implementation of strategic/operational initiatives partnering with multifunction teams
• Provides visibility on all initiatives to ensure an alignment between top-down and bottom-up efforts
• Tracks value creation and govern transformation roadmap
  
  

Design & Implementation

• Leads (with PMO support) the implementation of E2E processes prioritized and defined centrally
• Applies Lean Six Sigma thinking and best practices
• Brings innovation and latest solutions around process’, analytics and technology
  
  

Coaching & Training

• Mentors Green Belts (sub-SLs) and Yellow Belts (specialists) during implementation of priorities
• Trains upfront and ad-hoc all colleagues involved in implementation of CE initiatives
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree (+ preferred Green & Black Belt Trained, Tested, Certified).
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence, with at least 3 years’ experience in a shared service environment.
• Strong Project Management and Project portfolio Management capabilities with more than 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Project Management experience in design, implementation, and administration of small to large scale process improvement and digital transformation projects.
• Possess knowledge of Automation and digital technologies.
