Qualifications & experience

• Diploma/degree in Business Administration/Management or related field
• Be able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Preferably candidate specializing in petrol station/service/retail industry or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of working experience in the related industry. Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply.
• Independent, multitasking and excellent personality.
• Social media savy and computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Report to petrol station dealer.
• Supervising the petrol station's daily operations in meeting company's target.
• Prepare daily, monthly report, tank and account reconciliation.
• Ordering and maintaining the stock of all products sold at the station, such as food, beverages, tobacco products, automotive supplies and other goods.
• Handling of customer inquiries and resolving customer complaint in a professional and timely manner.
• Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
