Bubblegum is building a new generation of insurance products that are consumer and digital first, in APAC.

A part of MoneySmart Group, Bubblegum exists to solve some of the biggest customer pain points and frustrations with insurance today by leveraging technology to provide seamless and efficient insurance experiences to our customers.

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support marketing, partner and fulfilment operations to enable the team to scale.

The right candidate will thrive in situations where they can act autonomously to produce analysis, converse with partners, and support the Bubblegum Senior Leadership team to create great outcomes for our customers.

The candidate must be ready to work with stakeholders across every business function, and in return will get exposure to learn from their experience, and build a well-rounded understanding of insurance and all functions in the business.

Responsibilities

Partner operations

Develop and maintain information sharing with Partners for mutual benefit. This may include sales reporting, lead reporting or ad-hoc reporting relating to specific campaigns

  • Monitor partner performance and identify areas for improvement, of risk or areas where more attention is required
  • Connect with partners to solve issues or complete transactions, to maximise sales volumes from their channels
  • Research partnership opportunities and support the Marketing Team in executing on them

Campaigns and Fulfilment

  • Manage the creation, posting and update of terms and conditions relating to campaigns
  • Track campaign success and arrange for fulfilment (vouchers, other incentives, cashback etc)
  • Streamline and optimise fulfilment processes by working closely with marketing and finance teams
  • Identify success drivers to replicate / repeat impact

Insurance

  • Monitor performance for insurance products under the Bubblegum brand
  • Work with the commercial team to integrate data from multiple sources into the Bubblegum data warehouse and platform
  • Work with the commercial team to monitor underwriting rules for performance issues or bugs
  • Own financial outcomes relating to marketing, including the performance of relevant sales channels, ROI and cost optimisation

Analytics and ad-hoc reponsibilities

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for the Bubblegum SLT relating to emerging opportunities, potential product launches, areas of concern etc
  • Step up to take on project responsibilities where your skills and experience can contribute
  • Perform other operational support duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Min 1 year experience in business administration and operations, business process improvement experience is a plus
  • Experience dealing with huge datasets and reporting experience with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel. Experience with macros (VBA or Apps Script) is a big plus
  • Meticulous and detailed-oriented, able to absorb or record the important information from conversations and execute with minimal errors
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks from different stakeholders and work independently (remote work)
  • Hungry to learn and able to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly
  • Good verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to converse in Chinese in written form and spoken (Hokkien)
