Operations Executive (Kuantan)

Responsibilities:

· Assists Operation Manager in managing and coordinating daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations

· Oversee the samplers in their sampling work at port and other designated locations

· Developing and implementing standard operating procedures to optimise workflows and enhance productivity

· Collaborate with various teams to coordinate sampling schedules and logistics

· Maintain accurate records of sampling activities and results

· Identify and resolve any issues related to sampling or operations, promptly reporting them to the Operations Manager

Requirements:

· At least 3 year of working experience in an operation role, preferably in logistics, sampling, or a related industry

· Minimum SPM or Diploma in related field (Operations Management/Logistics or a related field)

· Required skills: MS Office

· Required language(s): Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu

· Willing to work in Kuantan

· Has own transport

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
