A Snapshot of Your Day
As an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager, you will embark on a 3-year journey based on-site in Sabah, where you will spearhead the execution phase of the operations and maintenance contract.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.

As an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager, you will embark on a 3-year journey based on-site in Sabah, where you will spearhead the execution phase of the operations and maintenance contract.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Serve as primary Siemens Energy liaison at site, engaging with the Customer to discuss and review performance of the installed units.
- Supervise the main O&M subcontractor at site to ensure that the work is being performed in line with our overall Contractual obligations.
- Escalate major issues to Contract Management or Engineering as needed.
- Align with internal SE teams on performance, reporting, and KPIs.
- Champion a zero harm safety culture at site by setting a clear vision for safety, actively promoting safe practices, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Previous experience of leading and managing an O&M Contract is needed.
- A Degree in Engineering or equivalent working experience in O&M.
- Strong knowledge and experience of working in Asia Pacific Region would be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of gas turbines, steam turbines and generators on Distributed.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A solid understanding of financials and business models
- A customer orientated approach.
