Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfilment & Logistics Coordination
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing, dispatch, and delivery of customer orders.
  • Monitor fulfilment performance and resolve operational bottlenecks or escalations.
  • Improve operational KPIs such as delivery time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Control & Accuracy
  • Oversee stock levels and implement systems to minimize stockouts or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and enforce inventory SOPs.
  • Leverage inventory management tools to track movements and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management
  • Manage relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure quality and timely supply.
  • Negotiate terms, lead times, and pricing to align with budget and operational needs.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and explore alternative sourcing when needed.
  • Cash Flow & Procurement Planning
  • Plan purchasing schedules aligned with forecasted demand and payment timelines.
  • Monitor cash flow impact of inventory purchases vs. vendor payment terms.
  • Work closely with Finance to optimize purchasing against working capital constraints.
  • Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team with clear KPIs and accountability.
  • Coordinate effectively with departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Warehouse.
  • Champion clear communication and problem-solving across teams to improve process flow.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain, with team leadership responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory and order management systems (e.g., SAP, SQL, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, especially in procurement and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage operational complexity and adapt in a fast-moving environment.

Remuneration

  • MYR 8,000 - MYR 10,000
