Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order to Cash (O2C) associate to support end-to-end O2C operations, including order processing, billing, collections, dispute management, and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage order entry, invoicing, and billing processes in accordance with company policies
Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve payment issues
Handle customer queries and disputes with professionalism and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Service, and Finance
Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit activities
Prepare and analyze O2C-related reports for performance tracking and improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, or related function
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Excel
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
