As Accounting Protege, you will be responsible for the processing of transactions related to the Order to Cash processes such as Customer Master Data, Sales Orders Management, Customer Contact Management and any other tasks assigned by the management. This position will provide the successful candidate with a unique opportunity to learn the various processes in the O2S team and gain exposure working with Country Finance teams across the countries supported by O2S. This role is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Main Responsibilities

• Support Customer Master Data (CMD) maintenance task such as creation of new customers
• Perform sales order processing and daily sales orders reconciliation (if supporting Malaysia and Singapore)
• Manage mailboxes and handle enquiries from stakeholders and customers
• Assist in documentation and reporting activities
• Perform any other tasks or ad-hoc assignments as directed by the O2S Team Manager to support business continuity and operational excellence.
  
  

About You

• Working experience is not required as training will be provided
• Proficient in English and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in the use of applications in the MS-Office suite, including MS-Excel
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently
