Organizational Change Manager

We are looking for an Organizational Change Manager to complement our growing team in Malaysia.

Your Responsibilities:

• • Create and implement change management plans aligned with SAP projects.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and address concerns.
  • Design and deliver communication and training programs for end-users to drive SAP adoption.
  • Address resistance through coaching and support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Assess organizational impacts and create action plans to ensure readiness for SAP changes.
  • Monitor user adoption and provide ongoing support to ensure continued success.
  • Track and report on change management effectiveness and user engagement.

What We Are Looking For:

• • 5+ years of relevant experience in change management for SAP.
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks.
  • Good understanding of SAP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC).
  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Ability to manage complex change and lead transformation efforts.
