Jobs Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
- Attend new business opportunities from enquiries through outdoor sales visits.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up on payments.
- Achieve individual sales targets.
- Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to management.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Minimum 2-3 years of outdoor/field sales experience.
- Proven sales track record and strong business development skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
