Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and train staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel, to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality.
  • Implement and maintain operational procedures and policies to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including promotions, events, and social media campaigns.
  • Ensure the outlet maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve skills and productivity.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a focus on western cuisine.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills and a proven ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Demonstrate strong team leadership abilities, including experience in staff training and development.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage restaurant operations efficiently, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
  • Must be willing to work in Johor Bahru and able to travel to outlets in Bandar Seri Alam, Kulai, Gelang Patah & Perling.
