Position Responsibilities
Qualification And Experiences
- Report directly to the District Manager of all issues (company operational targets, and ensure the consistency of operation, product delivery, customer service, and approach) and take prompt and necessary actions.
- Manage daily operations such as providing support and guidance to all OSs within the locations assigned.
- Coach outlet supervisor to manage shifts which include daily decisions to make, schedule, plan while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
- Conduct the follow-up and ensure team member attendance is recorded.
- Ensure sufficient manpower and headcount at their respective outlets for a smooth flow of daily operation.
- Arrange training completely on time and follow up on the staff progress at the location.
- Participate in meetings and able to supervise the outlet schedules and operations.
- Oversee outlets’ compliance with operational standards and company policies.
- Investigate, report, coach, and take necessary actions towards misconduct issues that come across under their supervision.
- Manage the deadline to prepare documents, reports, and update records.
- Supervise the highest levels of customer service. Support employees to enable them to be accountable for delivering good customer service.
- Execute sales performance data of respective outlets and maximize sales opportunities to ensure sales targets are met.
- Perform any other special projects/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management.
Qualification And Experiences
- Must possess a Degree in any related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience in managerial level.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to work overtime and Public Holiday if required.
- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- A valuable team player and able to work independently.
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
