Job Responsibility
- Monitor daily outlet operations to ensure compliance with cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Train and guide outlet teams on hygiene, cleanliness, food handling, and sanitation.
- Promote awareness of quality standards among outlet staff.
- Conduct outlet visits, routine checks, and audits.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, SOPs, and records.
- Investigate customer complaints on food quality or hygiene, recommend improvements, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Carry out additional tasks or projects from HQ to support business goals.
- MUST possess own vehicle.
- No experience required â fresh graduates are welcome.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Able to work with people from diverse cultures.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work at multiple outlets.
- Work day: 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
