Outlet Supervisor (Damansara)

Job Responsibility

• Contribute to increasing kiosk and branch sales.
• Keep the branch clean at all times during working hours.
• Prepare daily reports - Opening, Closing, and DobiQueen Product Sales.
• Manage the Foto-Zzoom kiosk (Passport & 4R printing & Photocopy).
• Handle equipment like gas, pumps, etc., in the branch to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow instructions and cooperate with the Outlet Manager in managing the branch.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
• Work alone in the branch, as if you own IT! No problems or conflicts with other employees!
  
  

Customer Service

• Answer inquiries, provide service and assistance to customers even though DobiQueen is a self-service laundry.
• Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) service: Help customers wash and dry clothes.
• Free Transfer service: Move customers' clothes from the washer to the dryer.
• Easy Folding service: Fold clothes using a simple technique to avoid wrinkles for Free Transfer & Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) services (no charge).
• Folding Service: Fold clothes according to the company's SOP (charges apply and employees will earn a commission).
  
  

Job Requirements

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Integrity
• Work well with the Branch Manager to plan good strategies for increasing branch sales.
• A polite and good communicator who can grab customers' attention to buy products sold at the branch.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara

All selected candidates must undergo a five (5) day training as part of the hiring process. During this period, candidates' performance will be monitored to determine full-time employment based on their potential.
