Job Description

We are an established legal firm seeking a dedicated and reliable Account Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities
  • Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
  • Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and bank reconciliations
  • Assist in managing client accounts and office accounts
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • Any other accounting or administrative tasks assigned by management
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting or related field
  • Experience in accounting or admin work (preferably in a legal firm, but not mandatory)
  • Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS)
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to start immediately is an added advantage
