Job Description
We are an established legal firm seeking a dedicated and reliable Account Clerk to join our team.Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in managing client accounts and office accounts
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Any other accounting or administrative tasks assigned by management
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting or related field
- Experience in accounting or admin work (preferably in a legal firm, but not mandatory)
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS)
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to start immediately is an added advantage
