We are seeking part-time proctors to assist us in monitoring virtual examinations through the ProctorExam software. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with online exam proctoring while contributing to a project that simulates real exam conditions.
Position: Part-Time Online Proctor (Virtual Exam Monitor - Work from Home)
Pay: RM20/hour
Day: 10th & 16th October 2024.
What You'll Do:
Monitor Exams: Act as an online proctor, simulating the role of monitoring test-takers during a virtual exam.
Assist Before Exam: Help test-takers during the preliminary stage to ensure they comply with all the rules (e.g., checking environment setup, verifying no unauthorized materials).
Supervise Test-Takers: Ensure participants keep their cameras on and remain in an isolated environment throughout the exam.
Ensure Compliance: Watch for unauthorized materials or individuals in the surroundings of test-takers.
Post-Exam Evaluation: Rate each test-taker's compliance with exam rules and procedures based on a predefined scoring system.
Purpose of the Role: To help us test the capacity and functionality of the ProctorExam software.
Requirements:
Age: Must be 18 years or older.
Language: Fluent in English.
Internet: Strong and stable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps, fiber preferred).
Availability:
Attention to Detail: Ability to stay focused and monitor for extended periods to ensure compliance.
Evaluation Skills: Willingness to provide a post-exam assessment of compliance for each test-taker.
